Your Role: As our Event Videographer, you’ll be responsible for capturing the highlights, emotions, and atmosphere of our golfing events through stunning visuals. Your creative eye and technical expertise will play a crucial role in bringing our events to life on screen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film and capture high-quality footage of our golfing events, including tournaments, coaching clinics, and social gatherings.

• Collaborate with our team to understand the vision and objectives for each project.

• Edit footage to create compelling video content that tells the story of each event.

• Ensure timely delivery of edited videos while maintaining high production standards.

• Adapt to various shooting conditions and environments to capture the best possible footage, using the necessary technology and equipment.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in videography techniques, equipment, and editing software.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous event videography work.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for storytelling and capturing authentic moments.

Key Responsibilities - based on CMGA’s vision and goals:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our events, programs, and initiatives.

• Develop and maintain brand awareness and reputation with meaningful, relevant, and appropriate content.

• Online maintenance of our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

• Brainstorm new strategies to boost engagement.

• Monitor analytics and track performance to optimize marketing efforts and ROI.

• Collaborate with management to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and values.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong passion for golf and community building.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.

Position: Event Day Coordinator

Our events bring together individuals who share a love for the game and a desire to connect with like-minded individuals in a welcoming environment, all while playing to impact positive change.

Your Role: As our Event Day Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our golfing events such as tournaments run smoothly from start to finish. From logistics coordination to attendee engagement, you’ll play a crucial role in making each event a success and will serve as an integral part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate event logistics, including but not limited to venue setup, signage, attendee registration, material distribution, scheduling, and equipment arrangements.

• Welcome attendees and ensure they have a positive experience throughout the event, while either escalating or delegating all concerns to provide timely solutions.

• Managing a group of volunteers to ensure exceptional execution and customer service, while maintaining cohesion of the team and assisting with any tasks as required.

• Communicate with vendors, volunteers, and staff to ensure everyone is aligned with event plans.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability and confidence to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

• Previous experience in event coordination or customer service is a plus.

• Passion for golf and a commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
